All orders will be shipped within 1 day of placing an order. If your order is placed after 3.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.



For customers outside the EU the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.


We are happy to refund or exchange any Itchy Scratchy Patchy product in a saleable condition within 14 days from the delivery date. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price and the shipping, once we receive your return package. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please send an email to hello@itchyscratchypatchy for a RMA code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. We are not able to accept returns on items that are on sale; or that have been purchased with a discount code of more than 15%. We are not able to accept returns on socks or hats.



You can refund or exchange any items purchased through within 14 days starting from the date of receipt. Please ensure you repack your item(s) in its original packaging. All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent and deemed fit for resale. We will not be able to refund or exchange any noticeably worn, scented and washed items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  2. Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.
  3. Write either EXCHANGE or REFUND followed by your RMA number outside of your package. If the size or colour is not available we can offer either a Gift Voucher to purchase alternative products or process a refund; you will be notified. Please note Gift Vouchers are final; no subsequent refunds can or will be processed.
